All youth wear white shirts, black pants and black shoes to the corral.
Boys wear black socks.
Girls bring leotards for your prairie dress.
Do not bring any regular clothes. There will be no time or space for this.
Girls need to come with their hair up in a bun or in braids. Nobody wore their hair down in the 1890s.
Nativity cast (except angel) bring an earth toned, or dark colored T-shirt to wear under your costume to cover your white shirt.
Ribbon and Fan dancers wear a white camisole, or tank top to wear under your costume if you have one. The change rooms are going to be very busy and it will be best if you have something on under your costume to make it work better.
Keep in mind that the costume change from Chinese Heritage to Hockey is about 5 minutes total. You have to be able to switch VERY quickly.
Bring a bag lunch and water bottle. There will not be time to go out and purchase food.
Give yourself extra time to get through downtown traffic and find parking.
