Oct 24  (All-Stakes Technical Rehearsal at Corral)

CTYC 6-Stake Rehearsal Schedule at the Corral

This is NOT a dress rehearsal.  Only bring props if absolutely necessary.

Wednesday   October 24, 2012   5:00-9:00 pm

(Signs on South side of the arena designating where each stake is to gather their youth and put their backpacks.)

4:15 – 4:45 pm All directors meet in the little Conference Room to the north of the center East arena entrance.

All youth and leaders sit on the South side of the Corral arena

5:00 – 5:15 Regional singing led by Thad – 3 songs

5:15 – 5:25 Welcome, prayer, introduction of directors

5:25 – 5:55 Opening (entrance, hat formation, Howdy, sequencing of pre-program and exit from that)

5:55 - 6:25 Hockey (sing that song when in formation)- through Finale

6:25 – 6:45 - Opening Scene with Foothills & East Stake

                      - Sandwich/ Drink break for the rest of the stakes, lineup for entrance

6:45 -8:40 Complete run through of the program with stops for comments – IF we are running behind, this will turn into a cue to cue to get entrances and exits established clearly. 

8:40 – 8:45 Wrap up Comments and Closing Prayer

 8:45 – 9:00 Chuckwagons
