Time: 7:00 pm (dress rehearsal begins at noon)
Duration: 90 minutes
Place: Stampede Corral
Parking: Paid parking  with limited free street parking -- please carpool
Food: Eat lunch before the dress rehearsal and bring your own dinner

Tickets: ~2 per family of youth, ~2 per leader (distribution through ward YW/YM Pres)

1.      The start of the show:
-          All youth will be changed into their Ranching costumes prior to the start of the show and will have their costumes checked.

2.      The start of the Ranching scene:
-          The youth will exit from the beginning group numbers and have 7.50 minutes to prepare.
-          The youth are already in costumes.
-          They move to their entrance and collect their props.

3.      The end of the Ranching scene & start of the Nativity scene:
-          The youth will exit from the ranching scene and have 28.35 minutes to prepare.
-          All YM will quickly change into their Finale costumes in the change room first and will have their costumes checked as they exit.
-          The YM in the Nativity scene will then change into their Nativity costumes just outside of the change room, will have their costumes checked and will
move to their entrance for the Nativity scene.
-          The YM in the Chinese Heritage scene will put on the black shirts instead of their white shirts and will move to their entrance for the Chinese Heritage scene.
-          The YM will have 8 minutes in the change room.
-          Then the YW involved in the Nativity scene will quickly change into their Finale costumes in the change room and then into their Nativity scene costumes just outside of the change room, will have their costumes checked and will move to their entrance for the Nativity scene.
-          These young women will have 10 minutes in the change room.
-          The young women involved in the Chinese Heritage scene will then change into their Chinese Heritage costumes, will have their costumes checked and will move to their entrance for the Chinese Heritage scene.
-          These young women will have 12 minutes in the change room.

4.      The end of the Nativity scene & start of the Chinese Heritage scene:
-          The youth in the Nativity scene will then exit from the stage and have 8.55 minutes
to prepare.
-          By this time the YW and YM will have dressed in their Chinese Heritage scene costumes
and collected their props and moved to their right entrance.

-          The 6 hockey players will also dress in the costumes/equipment, will have their costumes checked and will move  to their entrance for the Hockey scene.
-          The Nativity scene youth will then remove their nativity scene costumes and move to their entrance ready to begin the hockey scene.
-          Props will be given out at the entrance as the youth are waiting to move out on to the stage for the hockey scene.

5. The end of the Chinese Heritage scene and the beginning of the Hockey scene:
-          The Chinese Heritage scene will then exit from the stage and will have 4.40 minutes to prepare.
-          The YM in the Chinese Heritage scene will place the Dragon/lion/pearl/percussion down at their exit and will put on their white shirts, will have their costumes checked and will move to the entrance of the hockey scene to collect their hockey scene props.
-          The YW in the Chinese Heritage scene will move into the change room where they will change into their Finale costumes, will have their costumes checked and will move quickly to the entrance of the hockey scene to collect their hockey scene props.
