Each youth leader has been assigned to a team, which will act as a support group for a particular scene during all rehearsals and through to the performance:
Team Captains are responsible for the following:
- Ensure attendance is recorded for group
- Gather Leaders to take direction from choreographer for 2 minutes at the beginning of each session
- Delegate assignments to other team members to assist with rehearsals as required
- Follow up with youth participants where attendance is a concern
